2. Information we collect
Depending on what you submit, this may include the contact person’s name, business email address and phone number; business name, category, website and address; PAN, GSTIN and related proof documents; business profile information; and technical records needed to secure and operate the form.
3. Why we use it
We use submitted information to receive and assess vendor applications, verify business or tax details, communicate about the application, maintain vendor and audit records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.
4. Sharing
Access is limited to personnel who need the information for vendor onboarding and to service providers supporting hosting, email, security or business operations, where applicable. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not describe this notice as a promise that information is never shared.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including applicable legal, accounting, audit and dispute needs, and then delete or securely dispose of it subject to lawful retention requirements. The company should adopt and apply a documented retention schedule before production launch. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used to protect records and uploaded documents.
6. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about your personal data, request correction or deletion where applicable, raise a grievance, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis for processing. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful and may affect our ability to process or continue your vendor application. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires it or another lawful basis applies.
7. Children
This vendor registration process is intended for business representatives and is not designed to collect children’s personal data.
8. Updates
We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The notice version shown on the form is recorded with the application so the version acknowledged can be identified.
